Collard Green Wraps

Ingredients

Collard Greens

Pesto (homemade is easy - just need an herb, olive oil, walnuts, lemon, garlic, and shallot)

Salmon, turkey patty, or any other protein

Avocado

Any other vegetables - I use carrot-kraut

Steps

Boil or steam the collard greens (and trim the stem so it's not quite as thick)

Add all ingredients inside the wrap

Notes

I usually have 2 wraps for a meal.
